J. Anthony Vidal,

& CEO of Alferaz, Inc. has over 20 years engineering and management
experience including over 10 Years in executive positions with profit
and loss responsibility. Prior to founding Alferaz, Inc., Mr. Vidal
was COO of InfoVista S.A. and President of InfoVista Corporation,
InfoVista's US subsidiary. Mr. Vidal joined InfoVista in 1998 and
established North American and Asia Pacific Operations for the company.
In his capacity of COO, Mr. Vidal was responsible for InfoVista's
global operational activities in Europe, North America and Asia.
During his tenor with the company, InfoVista grew from less than
5 employees in the US and 20 Worldwide to over 65 employees in the
US and 240 employees worldwide. With a sustained triple digit growth
track record, InfoVista had a successful IPO and secondary offerings
on the NASDAQ and the Paris Nouveau Marché.
Prior to joining InfoVista, Mr. Vidal was founder and president
of Performance Engineering International Corp. (PEI). PEI was a
software publisher that produced and distributed Process Management
Software tools for America's Steel Manufacturing Industry. Mr. Vidal
was formerly Vice President of Hadron, Inc., where he was part of
the executive team created to return Hadron to profitability. At
the same time, he served as president of Hadron's wholly-owned subsidiary,
SyCom Services, Inc., where he was responsible for managing company
operations. Prior to Hadron, Mr. Vidal held various systems engineering
and management positions at Westinghouse Electric, Spectron Development
Labs, and Schlumberger Well Services.
Mr. Vidal has a B.A. in Physics and Mathematics from Linfield College
in Oregon and a M.S. in Physics from The Johns Hopkins University.

Thomas O.
Mills, (email Tom)
Senior Vice President of the Alferaz, Channel and Partner Management
Practice, has 25 years of experience in sales and sales management
of teams selling emerging technology software solutions to Early
Adopters of Network Management and CAD/CAM products. Fourteen years
of experience was with three entrepreneurial start-up companies
which resulted in a successful management buy-out, acquisition by
a larger public company and an Initial Public Offering (IPO), respectively.
Immediately prior to joining Alferaz, Mr. Mills was the Vice President,
Global Channel Programs, for InfoVista S.A. In that capacity, he
was responsible for InfoVista's Channel Operations in Europe, Asia
and the Americas. During his tenure in this position, the indirect
revenue grew to 34% (9.3 M Euros) of total revenues by the end of
FY2001. Mr. Mills initially joined InfoVista in 1999 in the capacity
of Director of Sales, Americas and Asia Pacific. In that position,
he recruited, trained and managed a Sales and Sales Support Organization
that grew from 4 employees to 26 employees, grew the customer base
from 13 to 110 accounts and grew revenue from 0.4 M Euros to 12
M Euros. Prior to joining InfoVista, Mr. Mills spent fifteen years
with InterCAP Graphics Systems, a company that he co-founded, that
was later sold to Intergraph Corporation. He held positions of Vice
President of Sales and Marketing, President and CEO, and Chairman.
Between 1975 and 1983, Mr. Mills was with Applicon, Inc., later
acquired by Schlumberger, in a number of sales and sales management
positions. Mr. Mills is a graduate of the University of Vermont
with a BSME in Mechanical Engineering.

James J.
Holden, III, (email
Jim) has more than 25 years of systems and software engineering
technical experience and project management experience. Prior to
joining Alferaz, Mr. Holden was cofounder of Pyxis Systems International,
Inc. a project and software management consulting firm.
Mr. Holden has managed multiple software development projects of
more than $25M staffed by more than 100 software engineers. His
program management experience includes a $250M air defense system
and an electronic scan airborne radar R&D effort. He has advised
on multiple development efforts identifying critical process improvements.
He was a contributing author to the book Total Quality Management
for Software and critical reviewer of the books, Zero Defect Software
and Quality Programming. He won 7 awards for engineering achievement
and excellence.
Mr. Holden has a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Computer
Science from The Johns Hopkins University.

Gloria J. John,
(email Gloria) has more than
30 years experience in language and communications education and
training and brings to Alferaz clients expertise in language and
cultural issues. Prior to joining Alferaz, Ms. John was associate
dean at Catonsville Community College where she was responsible
for the educational and communications technology, English as a
second language, and International Education. Ms. John was also
responsible for relations with foreign institutions, including European
and Asiatic Universities. She has advised numerous businesses and
universities in training techniques and technical training design.
Ms. John has an M.A. in English from Bowling Green University.
