As part of Terilogy's adaptation to the changing Japanese IT marketplace, Alferaz, Inc. worked with the company to complete its new strategic plan and begin its implementation to be developed over a three year period.

Alferaz, Inc. will assist Anagran, Inc. a Flow Networking company headquartered in Redwood City, CA. Anagran's products are focused on IP traffic flows and are used primarily for congestion management.

Alferaz, Inc. expands into new 3000 sq. ft. facility.

Located at 202 Ingleside Ave., Catonsville, MD, the new facilities are a modified 1830's Antebellum Farmhouse and later the rectory of St. Timothy's Church, in what is now downtown Catonsville, Maryland. The new facilities have been upgraded with modern VoIP telecommunications and network capabilities, while maintaining the charm of the historic site. The facility has 5 large telemarketing suites, 3 executive offices and 1 large conference room suitable for training and teleconferencing.

Alferaz, Inc. launches Inside Sales and Telemarketing operations.

In response to growing demand, Alferaz has launched telephone based Inside Sales, Tele-sales and lead generation, services to support the activities of the North American Expansion Services and Channel and Partner Management Practices. Alferaz expects to expand it's facilities in order to accommodate its growing operations.

Alferaz, Inc. to launch the eG Innovations eG Proactive Infrastructure Triage solution to the North American and European Marketplace.

The Alferaz North American Expansion Group will launch market penetration operations for North American and European markets. This program will involve a channel partner program strategy combined with an inside sales and lead generation program to feed direct sales and channel partner sales activities.

Alferaz, Inc. completes Vertical Market Selection and initial partner selection for Docucorp program.

A generic product feature matrix was developed for Docucorp product and mapped to two initial vertical markets. These markets, both in healthcare related industries, include Electronic Medical Records and Electronic Regulatory Publishing. For each of these initial vertical markets, a complete profile has been developed and relationships have been forged with selected beta partners.

Alferaz, Inc., to assist Docucorp Expand into new Vertical Markets

The Alferaz Channel and Partner Management group will assist Docucorp in the Identification and Penetration of New Markets through a Vertically Focused Channel Program.
Docucorp is the leading vendor for Document Management solutions with over 1,200 customers in the insurance, utilities and financial service industries. After assisting Docucorp with a mapping of existing features and their value in selected new industries, Alferaz will conduct a vertically focused channel partnership program to penetrate new vertical markets for Docucorp.

The Alferaz North American Expansion Services group will launch the LiDO and NAViLIS sales operations for North America with a team of 3 full time sales professionals dedicated to the market penetration of this leading edge technology standard.

LIBeLIS LiDO is a set of JDO (Java Data Object) drivers giving Java application the possibility to transparently store components and java objects in the data storage of the designer's choice (RDBMS, ODBMS, XML, Mainframes, flat files...). Gilbert Vidal joins Alferaz to head up Alferaz European Operations

Mr. Vidal comes to Alferaz with over 30 years experience in the sales and marketing of software and technology products around, including the management of all Southern European sales for Sybase. Mr. Vidal is a founder of Holores, the pioneer in Optical Systems for Non-destructive testing and foundry quality control systems, with sales in the European and North American Aerospace and Automotive industries.

Mr. Vidal will manage all European partner and sales operations for Alferaz and will interface with Alferaz European clients for the North American Expansion Services group.
